We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. General Information

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:


Information Gathering and Usage

Before purchasing a License you will be asked to supply (i) billing address, (ii) email address, (iii) credit card number and (iv) the expiration date of your credit card.

Froala uses BraintreePayments to securely process payment and we do not store any credit card information. Credit card information is stored and processed by the BraintreePayments under their privacy policy.

We store billing information for generating invoices, products and services provision, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact and research.


Marketing

Froala may use your contact details to send you general updates regarding Froala news, special offers and promotions. You may at all times opt-out of receiving these updates.

Google Analytics

Froala uses "Google Analytics" to collect information about use of Froala's Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit Froala's Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. Froala uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Froala's Website.

Our Privacy Policy applies to the Froala's Website.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, sites that may include Froala Software Products or other sites linked from our Software Products. Our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices of other companies or individuals who use our Software Products.

Froala may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate Froala WYSIYWG HTML Editor License Agreement or Froala Design Framework License Agreement.

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Froala's Software is not directed to persons under 13. Froala does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to purchase the Software.
