Froala may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate Froala WYSIYWG HTML Editor License Agreement or Froala Design Framework License Agreement.
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Froala's Software is not directed to persons under 13. Froala does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to purchase the Software. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.
